1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Satellite Labs' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Satellite Labs provides creative and digital services including but not limited to: brand development, web design and development, content creation, and marketing strategy. All services are provided subject to these Terms.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their project needs
- Make timely decisions and provide feedback during the project
- Pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule
- Obtain necessary permissions for any content or materials provided
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all work created specifically for the client becomes their property. Satellite Labs retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion or according to a milestone schedule. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Satellite Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date, and Satellite Labs will deliver all work completed to that point.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
